In our modern lives, we have the unique ability to choose what kind of level of strength, speed, endurance, and acrobatic skill we wish to have.
What is your goals? what interests you? what inspires you?
Focus on these questions, figure out what you feel will benefit you in your personal life, in all aspects, whether it is your work, your hobbies; whether physical or intellectual, and your family/friend life, what kind of training will most benefit all these parts of your life.
Training should benefit your whole being, not just break you down or hit some random criteria you read on the internet.
