This post is part of an ongoing challenge to share a little joy I have found each day of this year, and perhaps for the rest of my life. I hope you enjoy it!

As I was sitting on my little behind, writing down random thoughts about the toilet right after a poem about traveling through the stars, one of the ladies working at the cafe I have been frequenting came down the winding staircase ever so gently, her arms upraised, fingers tip tapping the stairs above her head, bare feet dancing across the floor boards beneath her, completely forgetting those around her, simply taking delight in this simple play.
It was absolutely delightful to watch.
Seeing others take joy in the smallest of things, the feel of skin on other surfaces, the shifting and gyrating of our bodies, the sound of anothers voice, their smile, their presence.
There is beauty in everything around us, you just need to be open to it.
